Leonardo DiCaprio Drops Mel Gibson Film

Smart move, Leo.

According to sources, Leonardo DiCaprio has dropped out of Mel Gibson‘s latest film. This isn’t the least bit surprising considering Mel’s recent domestic abuse scandal has everyone running.

The film is being produced by Graham King and Icon Pictures (Gibson’s company), and was to be directed by Mel himself.

A source close to DiCaprio said:

“Leo has earned the right to pick and choose who he works with and Mel Gibson is not one of them.”

The film, rumored to be about vikings, was to be Mel’s first film with DiCaprio. The source added that Leo was worried about ruining his reputation by being a part of the film.

Let’s face it, Leo has enough money, fame, and power, for that matter, to drop out of whatever he wants. His recent film, Inception, has been a huge box office hit. I’m sure he’s already up and moving on to the next project.

Poor crapped on Leonardo; what a wuss. We all know that Mel has been set up. Sure he has a temper, but wouldn’t you being in his situation having to deal with the Rusky BIMBO ? At the least men should support men; Sly did his thing and I back that up 100%.
