Actor Robert Pattinson was leaving a friend’s home in Malibu at around 9 pm on Saturday (July 24) when he bumped into a Kia, owned by Rob Gottschlich, parked near the driveway.

The owner of the car was pretty excited to be “bumped” by the one and only RPattz. “If I had a nice car like a Lexus or something, maybe [I would be concerned], but I’ve got an old Kia. I am going to ask Rob next time I see him for free tickets to the next Twilight film,” Gottschlich joked. Ah! Gottschlich is such a nice guy!

Actress Lindsay Lohan’s troubled father Michael Lohan is reportedly trying to sell nude pictures of his former fiancée, Kate Major, who accused him of assault last week (NSFW photos below). The two have obviously called off their engagement.

Michael, who was charged with second degree harassment, claims Kate invented the domestic violence incident for money, and in an act of revenge he is trying to sell naked pictures of his ex-girlfriend!?! That’s too low even for Michael!

Kate said in a statement, “Michael Lohan is a disgusting human being and father. He look these pictures of me when I was asleep and without my knowledge. At the time he was my fiancé. I have just found out about these images today and moving forward my lawyer, William O’Conner, will be handing the legalities of anyone the reproduces them.”

And Michael Lohan responded, “She has no money, no job and she’s been living off of me for the last 8 months… and her dad just cut her off. If she doesn’t stop the nonsense, more and more will come out. I am tired of being used and people who need to make up stories to make money off others. I have more important issues to deal with than Kate Major.”

In the pictures in question taken in April 2010, Kate is in bed with her breasts completely exposed and eyes closed, while the engagement ring Michael gave her is on display. Michael is sick! Poor Lindsay! She never had a chance with parents like Michael and Dina Lohan.

Actress Brittany Murphy and her husband Simon Monjack’s tragic deaths less than five months apart may be linked to a very dangerous mold found in their home. The two have both died of pneumonia aggravated by lack of proper treatment and self-medication.

Brittany’s mother, Sharon Murphy, was first reluctant to let the LA County Coroner’s Office investigate the mold situation after Simon passed away, but she has finally given the green light for Public Health Investigators to analyze their home.

The dangerous mold, which may have been responsible for two fatalities, came up during the investigation into the actress’ death, but it was deemed “not to be a contributing factor” at the time. Brittany and Simon’s respiratory health may have been seriously affected by the mold. We hope Sharon is not living in that house anymore!

Access Hollywood host Tony Potts and his fiancée, international TV personality Shalini Vadhera, tied the knot in a spiritual and private Indian-inspired ceremony at Lake Shrine in the Pacific Palisades last month (June 24).

The 47 year-old groom wore a traditional Indian outfit, which included a silver and beaded long coat called a sherwani and silver and gold khusa shoes, while the bride wowed in a beautiful Indian-inspired silk and organza gown with hundreds of hand-beaded pearls and crystals designed by Alia Khan.

“Shalini said to me a long time ago that ‘every woman should be an Indian bride,’ and now, after this absolutely gorgeous day, I understand why,” Tony tells Life & Style.

“I feel very blessed to have her and all that she brings into my life,” says Tony, who says he loves Shalini for her kindness and beauty on both the inside and out. “I feel love on a daily basis.”

Tony and Shalini, who have been dating for more than two years, planned to marry next summer, but they changed their plans because the groom’s dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2010. Tony’s father attended the wedding as his son’s best man. Congratulations to the newlyweds!

However, Christina was stupid enough to sign a settlement agreement in which they give up rights to alimony and ownership rights to the other’s property. Christina claims she signed the documents when The-Dream brought them to her bedside when she was nine months pregnant. The singer claims she was in no condition to sign such important papers.

The question is: why would she sign those papers? Or she was totally in love or she was stupid! If their marriage really was over at the time, she would never have signed those papers. The plot thickens…

The-Dream confessed to having suicidal thoughts when he had to accept his marriage to Christina was a big failure, yet he still found energy to make a very pregnant lady sign documents about alimony and ownership rights? That sounds premeditated.

Actor Casey Affleck, the younger brother of actor Ben Affleck, was sued for sexual harassment by a female producer, Amanda White, of his brother-in-law Joaquin Phoenix’s rap star documentary titled, “I’m Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix.”

Amanda claims Casey, who is married to Summer Phoenix for four years, made several “uninvited and unwelcome sexual advances in the workplace” during production. Casey reportedly also referred to women as “cows” and discussed his sick sexual exploits in front of her.

Casey allegedly entertained two women in her hotel room in Costa Rica and tried to convince Amanda to sleep with him in a hotel room in San Francisco. Amanda claims Casey became “hostile and aggressive” when she refused and “violently grabbed her arm in an effort to intimidate her into staying.”

The 34 year-old actor also allegedly refused to pay for her producer services when she refused to sleep with him. Casey denies the woman’s claims and is currently planning to counter-attack with a lawsuit against Amanda.

In response, Michael Plonsker, a litigator for Affleck and his production company Flemmy Prods., said, “The allegations brought upon our clients are preposterous and without merit. The complaint will be vigorously defended and cross-claims will be filed against her.”

Amanda’s $2 million lawsuit includes sexual harassment, breach of oral contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Joaquin Phoenix and the distributer of the movie, Magnolia Films, have not been mentioned in the lawsuit.

“Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis, who is currently engaged to marry the beautiful Christina McLarty (photos/video here), sued his former cameraman, Ryan Simkin, over a tell-all book, which includes a lot of drugs, sex and… jail (?).

Ryan started to work for Joe as a cameraman filming drunk and naked girls (what a tough job!) back in 2002. The guy is probably too bored with his new job and decided to write a tell-all about his GGW glorious days.

Of course, Joe didn’t lose any time to file a lawsuit, claiming all his employees, including Ryan, have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, which strictly prohibits them from “writing and publishing any tell-all books about their work.” Joe filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Ryan and is also planning to sue the publisher.

Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor is currently in critical condition after undergoing hip replacement surgery due to a fall at her Bel-Air home last Saturday (July 17). The 93 year-old fell out of bed when she was trying to reach the ringing phone in her bedroom.

Zsa Zsa’s daughter, Constance Francesca Hilton, released a statement that says, “My mother Zsa Zsa Gabor is in guarded condition, is not in a coma, is talking, and is adjusting to the medications and healing process. There are no surprises and I am with her now. Thank you.”

The actress’ ninth husband, Frederic von Anhalt, is staying with her in her room at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Zsa Zsa’s condition seems to have improved since she was able to speak a few words and even eat after she had a blood transfusion and her pain medication was changed on Friday (July 23).
