Actor Wesley Snipes was convicted and sentenced to 36 months (3 years) in jail for evading $12,000,000 in taxes back in May of 2008. The 47 year-old appealed the sentence, claiming that it was “unreasonable”, but the motion was denied. Wesley will have to spend three glorious years in the slammer.

Wesley hasn’t been exactly cooperative and federal prosecutors in Florida are asking the judge to “immediately revoke Wesley Trent Snipes‘s bail and order him to surrender.” It’s time to face the music, Wesley!

Lindsay will be allowed to take Ambien and Adderall, which was previously prescribed to treat her ADHD, among other medications.

Former Cowboys coach/Fox’s NFL analyst, Jimmy Johnson, is set to become a contestant on the 21st season of CBS’ infamous reality series, “Survivor: Nicaragua”, this fall.

At the age of 67, Johnson will be one of the oldest contestants ever on Survivor. Johnson, who confessed Survivor is one of his favorite shows on TV, had tried out for the show in Gabon two years ago, but he reportedly failed the physical tests.

Johnson’s appearance on the show will not interfere with his job as an analyst for FOX since filming will wrap up before the NFL season begins. The other cast members have not been announced yet. Quarterback Gary Hogeboom also competed on “Survivor: Guatemale”. Good luck, Johnson!

The cast of MTV’s Jersey Shore is back and ready to begin filming their third season!

Earlier in the week, news broke that the cast was unhappy with the original contract agreement that they would make $10,000 per episode. According to sources, MTV decided the cast deserved the raise that they had asked for.

In other words, MTV came to their senses and realized that this was quality television that America could not live without.

Playboy Enterprises Inc. finally launched a completely SFW (Safe For Work) website, The Smoking Jacket, which will rely on quality humor and no nude pictures, for men between 25 and 34 years old, who still want to be able to read articles Playboy-style at work.

“A lot of our audience logs on (to Playboy.com) after work and we saw that we were missing a golden opportunity to reach guys when they’re online the most: when they’re sitting at their desk, not working, sending e-mails to their friends,” said Jimmy Jellinek, Playboy’s editorial director.

“It’s all about social currency,” Jellinek said. “You want to be the first guy of your friends to send the funny joke, the crazy video … You can be the coolest guy among your friends if you’re the first person to circulate this information among them.”

“The ideal is to be … the go-to site for those who are bored at work,” said Matt Gibbs, the lead producer of the site.

Hugh Hefner decided to name the site after one of his favorite pieces of clothing. Too bad SilkPajamas.com was already taken!
