Now that Robert Shapiro has walked out on Lindz, Shawn Chapman Holley has jumped back on the Lindsay Lohan bandwagon. Must be a nice paycheck, right?

After Lindsay’s brief stay at Shapiro’s sober living house,  he left the case without reason. Holley “quit” earlier this month after saying that Lindz was an uncontrollable client. We don’t blame either of you.

Will Lindsay show up to surrender today? Time will only tell.

Filipino teen singer Charice is only 18 years old and she recently got Botox and a skin-tightening Thermage procedure “to look fresh on camera” for her upcoming role as an exchange student on FOX’s hit show, “Glee”. Scandalous! Outrageous!

The singer’s rep has already come out to deny these rumors and explain Charice had Botox but for medical and not cosmetic purposes. She allegedly had Botox to “to relieve a jaw problem similar to TMJ.”

“It did not hurt; it relieved the pain,” Charice’s rep tells Us. “You’ve seen her face – she doesn’t have a wrinkle in it so she wouldn’t need it for cosmetic purposes. The Glee people are thrilled with the way she looks which is why she got the part.”

Her rep insists, “She had her hair colored at the Brad Johns Studio at Elizabeth Arden [in NYC]. That’s the only cosmetic thing she’s done.”

Charice became a super star at the tender age of 15, when she appear on Ellen DeGeneres Show, and was named the most talented girl in the world by Oprah. She is young and she needs someone to help her deal with the pressure to look good and to have the perfect shape in Hollywood.

He and I were supposed to go sailing but something happened last minute with the boat and they had to plan a different activity. I was so upset because I wanted Frank to have an amazing date and didn’t want to take anything away from him. The producers and I were finally able to find another boat for Frank and I to go sailing on. Unfortunately, after all that work, it turned out that we didn’t really need it.

When I first saw Frank I thought maybe he was feeling unsure about the other guys again and that I had to reassure him again. Then I thought maybe something tragic happened and I was super worried for him. I quickly realized that Frank was leaving. I was heartbroken.

After Frank left, I felt defeated. Don’t get me wrong, I was very well aware that I had two unbelievable men left, but I couldn’t help but think that my journey as the Bachelorette wasn’t going to work out. This was not because I thought Frank was the guy for me, but because this was the second guy to leave the show for a girl back home. I remember thinking, “First Justin, now Frank. Who’s next? Can this really work for me?” In addition to that, I didn’t want the last two guys to think they were there by default. I think this was especially emotional for me because it has happened to me before in the past. A guy that I once really cared about left me for an ex.

In the end, Frank and I are both better off after what happened. I really cared for him and I always will.

We never thought Frank would do something like this to Ali. He seemed like such a nice guy. Ali asked him and gave him more than one opportunity to come clean and admit he still had strong feelings for Nicole, but he chose to continue living a lie/or betraying her trust until it was too late. Frank is a major douche!

Andy Hummel, the original bass player for Big Star, died Monday in his Texas home from cancer complications at the age of 59.

Hummel was part of the band’s original success in the 70′s but decided not to rejoin the band when they regrouped in 1993.

Hummel played with the band for the first time in 35 years back in March at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas.

Big Star lost their lead singer back in March when Alex Chilton passed away, as well at 59.

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is quickly blowing through more attorneys of late than she has men, women, and coke.

High powered attorney Robert Shapiro, who was part of O.J. Simpson’s successful ‘Dream Team’ that helped garner his acquittal for murder back in 1994, has resigned and quit his representation of Lohan after just a couple of days.

Lindsay had just hired Shapiro on July 16th.  Shapiro had only agreed to represent Lohan if she agreed to do her jail time and follow the orders of the court, along with his own.

Let me sum this up: Shapiro  never quit representing O.J. Simpson, who killed his ex-wife and lover, but he quit Lindsay Lohan earlier today after 3 days.  I think that sadly says way too much about where Lindsay currently is mentally.

You read it right, folks. Lindsay Lohan will only be allowed to shower every other day during her vacay in the slammer. Thank goodness she won’t be spending time with other inmates. In another example of how reality television is more TV than reality, socialite Kim Kardashian walked into her sister’s Miami penthouse to find her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, getting sexed doggy style, from behind, on the penthouse balcony from her baby’s daddy Scott Disick.

Naturally cameras traced Kim’s every step (FROM INSIDE THE PENTHOUSE) as she opened the door, entered, and walked out on an adjacent balcony during the episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami as Scott was attempting to be heterosexual on the opposite balcony with Kourtney.

The cameras/film crew were already inside the penthouse with Scott and Kourtney. I have no doubt the entire thing was set up/scripted to increase ratings and the naughtiness of the Kardashian name.
