Actress Ali Larter and her husband Hayes MacArthur are reportedly expecting their first child together. Ali, who was seen with a huge baby bump while shopping in Los Angeles on Thursday (July 15), is approximately five months pregnant and is due on Christmas Day.

“Ali is ecstatic,” a family friend tells Star. “She and Hayes are absolutely over the moon about it. They have wanted a baby for what seems like forever and now their dream is coming true.”

The friend adds, “It’s going to be even more special because their baby is due on Christmas Day! They don’t know what sex it is yet but Ali is definitely planning on finding out — hopefully at her next doctors visit!”

The 34 year-old and her husband tied the knot almost a year ago on August 1, 2009. Ali had already expressed her desire to become a mom and stay at home with her babies. Congratulations to Ali and Hayes!

Model Kirsten Kennis, the cute girl on the cover of Vampire Weekend’s latest album, is suing the band and the photographer for more than $2 million claiming her signature on the consent form was forged.

The woman blames Vampire Weekend for not checking the legitimacy of the release form. And Kirsten points the finger at photographer Tod Brody, who allegedly provided the “photographic release” and original photo to the band without obtaining legal consent from her.

The picture in question was taken back in 1983 and Kirsten apparently had no idea her image was being used until she saw her face on the cover of “Contra” in November 2009. Ouch!

Actress Angelina Jolie recently admitted she got an inner thigh tattoo for the father of her six children, actor Brad Pitt, but she declined to explain what exactly she had inked and its special meaning (more pictures below)- watch video here.

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews is suing the hotels where she was peeped on illegally by Michael David Barrett according to CNN.

“Not only did the hotels confirm that Ms. Andrews was intending to register as a guest, but they also released, without Ms. Andrews’ consent, her room number. The hotels then provided Michael David Barrett a hotel room immediately adjacent to hers,” the statement from law firm Greene, Broilett & Wheeler said.

Barrett pled guilty to stalking Miss Andrews and is currently serving 27 months for his hideous crime.

Andrews, a fighter for women’s rights, naturally wants to proceed with the suit to protect not only herself, but other women from the same thing happening to them.

“Although I’ll never be able to fully erase the impact that this invasion of privacy has had upon me and my family, I do hope that my experience will cause the hospitality industry to be more vigilant in protecting its guests from the time they reserve a hotel room until they check out,” Andrews said in a statement Thursday.

If the hotels were dumb enough to release that she was staying in said hotel, her room number, and assign a room directly next to her, then they need to pay up.  That is dangerous not only for celebrities but for even us non-celebrities.

The Marriott and Radisson are the two hotels named in the suit.

Singer Alecia Moore aka Pink suffered a horribly painful fall onstage during the last song “So What” at her concert in Nurnberg, Germany on Thursday (July 15)- watch video below. Pink was suspended in a harness, which wasn’t properly fastened and sent the singer flying off stage, crashing onto a steel barricade.

Pink still managed to get up and return to the stage to thank all her fans, but the show was immediately stopped and the singer had to be rushed to the hospital. Fortunately, Pink is OK and already left the hospital with nothing broken.

The 30 year-old assure her fans she was OK via Twitter. She tweeted, “To all my nurnberg fans- I am so so so sorry to end the show that way.I am embarassed and very sorry. I’m in ambulance now but I will b fine. didn’t get clipped in2 harness correctly,drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade. Getting xrays.I hope it at least looked cool!!!”

US soccer star Landon Donovan, one of the big winners of this year’s ESPY Awards, has finally announced that he is not the father of the child a British woman, who claimed she had an affair with the LA Galaxy player, is carrying.
