Actress Lindsay Lohan finally understood she, like everybody else, has to obey the law! The judge did not only found Lindsay guilty of violating her probation, but she also considered her irresponsible and disrespectful. Lindsay broke down and cried but the judge was merciless (watch video below).

Lindsay was allowed to address the court to explain it was not her fault and she did not understand that she was in violation of her probation when she rescheduled and missed several alcohol education classes. Lindsay was able to beg for a couple of minutes in what was probably the best acting in her entire career (must watch video below).

The judge proceeded to show Lindsay always blames her screws up on anybody else until she is proven to be lying. Lindsay’s erratic behavior and super lame excuses to miss classes and even a court hearing while she was partying in Cannes, Frances contributed to her harsh sentence of 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab.

Actress Lindsay Lohan was just sentenced to 90 days in jail for the violation of her probation in her 2007 DUI case and she will have to spend another 90 days in a day inpatient rehab program.

Lindsay clearly violated her probation when she failed to attend alcohol education classes on the schedule of once a week ordered by the judge. The 24 year-old actress still tried to beg the judge for forgiveness and cried in court, but people are just tired of Lindsay’s lame excuses.

Lindsay must surrender on July 20, 2010 at 8:30 am and she will be given credit for 96 hours (4 days) she already served.

Legendary actor Danny DeVito arrived at the Beverly Hills court right after Lindsay Lohan, which raised some questions about the reason why he was there and what type of relationship the two have. Well, poor Danny is not another of Lindsay’s obsessions!!

The 65 year-old actor was just there to perform his civic duty. Danny went straight to jury assembly for jury duty. We would have not even known Danny was in the courthouse this morning, if Lindsay’s hearing wasn’t occurring at the same time. Bad luck!

Sex And The City star Chris Noth, who plays Carrie Bradshaw’s one and only love (Mr. Big) in the popular TV show/movies, may have cheated on his fiancée and mother of his child, actress Tara Wilson, while she was expecting their first child.

British singer/songwriter George Michael was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive after crashing his car, a Range Rover into a building in Hampstead, London on Sunday (July 4).

The 47 year-old was taken to a police station and released on bail pending further investigation. George has quite a history of driving while inebriated – he was banned from driving for two years back in 2007 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. As soon as George got behind the wheel again in 2009, he hit a tractor-trailer.
