Actor Charlie Sheen managed to escape jail after he pled guilty on a misdemeanor assault charge related to the violent domestic incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day 2009. Charlie will get to spend the 30 days of his sentence at the infamous Promises rehab center in Malibu, California.

Charlie will have to be in rehab for 30 days and take 36 hours of anger management classes plus a 30 day probation period. The felony menacing and criminal mischief charges were dropped. This plea bargain will also not affect the production of his show, “Two and a Half Men”.
