Actress Hilarie Burton and her boyfriend, actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, secretly welcomed a baby boy, whose name and birth date she refuses to reveal. Hilarie and Dean, who started dating about a year ago, somehow managed to keep their pregnancy a secret until now.

“We’re really happy, and we’re a very good team. And we got very lucky that our family is what it is,” Hilarie told the Associated Press. “I want to protect them like a mama wolf should.”

The couple first appeared together in public at the premiere of the actor’s movie, “The Losers” in Los Angeles back in April 2010. Hilarie was glowing, but she did not look pregnant (photo above) – OK, she had a small bump that totally went unnoticed!

This is the first child for Hilarie and Jeffrey’s second son. The 44 year-old actor only learned he was the father of a 5 year-old son with actress Sherrie Ross last year. Congratulations go out to the whole family.
