British rocker Rod Stewart and his wife Penny Lancaster proudly announced they are expecting a baby. Rod is 65 years old and this will be his seventh child. He has five kids from previous marriages and a 4 year-old son, Alastair Wallace Stewart, with Penny, whom he married in 2007.

“We were thrilled and delighted to be able to tell Alastair that he was going to be the big brother to a little baby, expected just before Mummy’s 40th birthday,” the couple said.

Despite their age difference, Penny, 39, and Rod have been happily together as a couple for more than ten years. Rod’s five children from previous relationships are Kimberly, 30, Sean, 29, whose mother is Alana Hamilton; Ruby, 23, with model Kelly Emberg; Renee, 18 and Liam, 15, from his second marriage to Rachel Hunter.

It’s one big happy family!! Congratulations to Penny and Rod!
