The LA Ink star, 28, was spotted over the weekend getting cozy with James, 41, in Vegas. Her rep denied rumors that the two were starting a relationship. Yet, a source says their friendship could turn to more:
“Jesse and Kat drove to Las Vegas together in Jesse’s car. It was just the two of them and they slept in the same room. They have been friends for years, but this is the first time they are both single.”
