Actress Charisma Carpenter, best known for her iconic role as Cordelia in “Buffy, The Vampire Slayer” and its spin-off “Angel“, looks better than ever and feel more comfortable and confident about her body in a tiny bikini at 40 (more pictures below). GASP! Charisma is 40 years old!

“I want Hollywood and America to know 40 is not old,” she tells InTouch. “As my mom told me, ‘Charisma, welcome to the best decade of your life, because not only do you look as good as you did when you were 23, but you’re so much smarter.’ I’m now better in every way: I’ve had years to hone my craft. I’m better at acting, I’m a better mom, I’m a better friend. I’m just a more confident woman. It’s awesome!”

She looks fabulous! Incredible! Charisma, who is currently promoting her new movie “The Expendables”, confessed to eating lobster with butter and three slices of cake to celebrate her 40th birthday. “I love food too much to not eat and I don’t want to be the angry, hungry girl,” she said.

Charisma has a deal with the devil. She must have because you cannot keep such a rocking hot body without some real effort or she is just omitting the tremendous amount of hours she spends working out for the perfect 40’s body.
