Ryan Reynolds‘ career just continues to gain momentum!

Reynolds has agreed to star alongside Denzel Washington in ‘Safe House’, which is scheduled to start production early next year.

In the film, Ryan is a CIA agent who transports a dangerous criminal (Denzel, duh) to a safe place after they’re both attacked at a safe house….hence the title.

Sounds pretty exciting! And good for him for stepping outside of his box.

Reynolds has a lot on his plate, though– his list of upcoming films includes: ‘Green Lantern,’ ‘The Change-Up,’ ‘Deadpool,’ ‘R.I.P.D,’ ‘Most Wanted’ and ‘Gunsmoke.’
