Rihanna Explains Rebelle Fleu Neck Tattoo (PHOTOS)
Singer Rihanna disfigured her body with another very tacky tattoo on her neck that reads, “Rebelle Fleur” (rebellious flower), which was first described as grammatically incorrect (more pictures below). In French, it should read “Fleu Rebelle” because the adjective comes after the noun… or are we talking about two nouns!?!

The 22 year-old singer is apparently much smarter than everyone gives her credit for and she explains why her tattoo was written the way it is. Rihanna reportedly sent a text message to her tattoo artist, Keith McCurdy from Bang Bang, saying, “rebelle fleur translates to rebel flower, NOT rebelious flower, its 2 nouns so in that case fleur does not HAVE to be first! Fyi, cuz they will ask”.

And Rihanna is absolutely right. Smart girl. Rihanna knows her French! Too bad Rihanna still does not understand that she is mutilating her beautiful sacred body with tons of irrelevant ink. I know the tattoo must have a deeper meaning now, but in 30 years, will it still mean anything to her?
