“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian has been under fire for a completely “inappropriate” photo shoot with Justin Bieber featured in the September 2010 issue of ELLE Magazine (more pictures below).

Justin and Kim’s innocent “The Graduate” pictorial was harshly criticized by Bill O’Reilly. The 29 year-old had the chance to defend herself on Lopez Tonight, saying, “I thought the shoot was all in good fun – we had a good time.”

Kim also admitted, “If a 16-year-old girl was pictured with a 29-year-old man in any of that, he’d be in big trouble.” However, she ended up confessing she would totally love to date Bieber, if he was of legal age. “He definitely has this swag to him!”, she said.
