Kevin Maher & Danielle Staub Legal Battle Over Drugs, Rape Accusations
“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Danielle Staub is going to legally counterattack her ex-husband, Kevin Maher, who filed a $5 million defamation lawsuit over several domestic violence, drug and rape allegations made by the housewife last year.

Danielle claims Kevin has no evidence she did indeed reveals those details, which include drugs, rape, dog murder and a Russian Roulette game. And even if she did say those things, Danielle claims his reputation was already damaged by his controversial autobiography, “Cop Without a Badge”.

Kevin and Danielle are currently trying to reach a settlement via mediation, but the things between the two will most likely not be solved anytime soon. For now they will keep doing their dirty laundry in public.
