Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown aka Mel B and her husband, film producer Stephen Belafonte, are reportedly having some serious marriage troubles and heading straight to divorce, according to The Sun.

Mel B and Stephen have been under a lot of stress since she started working on her own reality show, “The Mel B Project” for the Style Network. During one nasty discussion, Stephen may have threatened to leave his wife when she told him about her plant to return to the UK.

A source revealed, “Stephen can be a drama queen. There have been lots of rows, often fuelled by drink. But they’ll try and work things out.”

The couple was just seen together leaving the Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood, California on Sunday (August 29). Mel B and Stephen were holding hands, but they certainly did not look like a happy couple stepping out of a romantic dinner date (picture above).
