“Jersey Shore” star Nicole Polizzi aka Snooki was spotted with a new boy toy over the weekend. Snooki’s new boyfriend is Jeff Miranda, a 24 year-old Iraq veteran from Milestone, New Jersey (more pictures below).

Jeff and Snooki met at the infamous Karma, a local nightclub, and hit it off. She took him home and they talked about everything before spending the night together. Jeff confessed she is nothing like she’s portrayed on the show, but she is a sweet girl who’s “drunk most of the time”. OUCH!

“We hit it off really, really good,” Miranda tells Us. “Nicole is actually really cute and seems like a cool a** person, even though she’s drunk most of the time. She’s a real sweet girl.”

“Rock Of Love” star Cindy “Rodeo” Steedle is the third woman in less than a year to come out and accuse Lindsay Lohan’s daddy, Michael Lohan, of assault. Michael reportedly became violent and “raised his hand” when Rodeo confronted him about not getting paid while they were working on a reality show together in New York.

Life & Style magazine is reporting that Saturday Night Live co-stars Fred Armisen and Abby Elliott are dating. Armisen, 43, has been a cast member on SNL since 2002, while Elliott, 23, joined in 2008.  A source close to the couple said:

“They’ve known each other for a few years from being on SNL together but after the split, Fred sought comfort in Abby. They just started dating a few months ago. Fred and Abby are getting to know each other in a romantic way and taking things slowly. But they’re enjoying each other’s company. It’s early days.”

Last week, news broke that Armisen and his wife of 10 months, Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss, were separated. The split was amicable. A source close to Elisabeth said:

“Elisabeth is doing great and focused on Mad Men and is enjoying the single life. This news won’t even phase her.”

Erykah Badu has paid a $500 fine to the city of Dallas for her controversial music video, “Window Seat”.

In the video, Badu strips completely naked in Dallas’ Dealey Plaza and pretends to be shot in the head– in the exact spot where John F. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963.

Apparently, seeing a women naked in public is offensive to some people, and especially so in such a sacred location. Who would have thought?

Badu first started making waves with her controversial music video a few months ago, and the video has since been pulled from all places on the web where it once sat.

Erykah, who is a native of Dallas, has repeatedly defended the video, saying that people just don’t get it.

She tweeted:

“I would never disrespect JFK. his revolutionary thinking is my inspiration. my performance art has been grossly misinterpreted by many.”

“There were children there. i prayed they wouldnt b traumatized.” In addition, onlookers were “yelling, THIS IS A PUBLIC PLACE : YOU OUGHTA BE ASHAMED : PUT YOUR CLOTHES ON : DAMN GIRL! etc…”

Erykah is raising her own three kids in Dallas.

Just today, she also squashed rumors that she has been given a 6 month probation for her actions:

“I am not on probation . that’s a falsey. I received a situation . got a ticket for my tag hangin out my pannies.”

Followed by this tweet a few minutes later:

“art has many layers . you can pull back one or pull back many .”

Unfortunately, Erykah, sometimes you have to keep your art– and your layer pulling– in the privacy of your own home.

No more Singled Out for this girl– Jenny McCarthy has a new boo!

A rep confirmed for PEOPLE that Las Vegas fitness model Jason Toohey is the new leading guy in McCarthy’s life. This revelation follows Jenny’s tweets about a mystery man she’d been locking lips with:

“Omg. I ran into mystery man at katsuya last night. What a coincidence! I made out with him again. Now I really REALLY want 2 know his name”

Seems like Twitter is the place to spill the beans; Jenny and her long-time boyfriend, funny guy Jim Carrey, called it quits in April….and announced it on Twitter.

From the sound of it, things with Jenny and Jason are going well– the two are apparently living together!

Jenny said:

“I’ve been living in Vegas for about a month. My house is under construction right now in L.A., so I very well could be here until it’s done.”

She added:

“But I feel really good,”

“I’m really happy [and] I’m looking forward to the future.”

Toohey is the founder of the under-eye mask treatment Eyedews, which Jenny has recently been plugging.

The pair has been seen all over Vegas together over the past few months.

WHAT?!?

Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill told British music magazine NME the group turned down a request for their music to appear on FOX‘s hit show Glee. According to Followill, he’s never even seen the show but “apparently everybody loves it.” Yeah, duh. Try to keep up with the times, Followill.

Apparently, the rock group “turns down stuff constantly.” One of their hit songs was even sought after for a film. Followill said:

“We had some people call us up wanting to know if we’d allow ‘Use Somebody’ to appear. Next day, they called back and tried to put us through to the star of the movie — I won’t name names, but he’s an incredibly famous actor — to let him try and convince us to agree to do it. I was like, ‘Man, don’t even waste your energy.’”

I understand not wanting your music all over the place, I guess. But the way he said “don’t waste your energy” really rubs me the wrong way. Try not to be such a douche about it next time.

Former Dancing With The Stars co-host, Samantha Harris, proudly announced that she and her husband, Michael Hess, are expecting their second child. The couple welcomed their first child, Josselyn Sydney Hess in September of 2007.

“Being able to hold and cuddle and have a little baby cuddle against you and fall asleep is such a fleeting moment in time, and I really can’t wait for that again,” the Entertainment Tonight correspondent tells People.

“I’m most excited to have a second child to play with Josselyn, to see how Josselyn blossoms as a young girl being able to teach a sibling all that she knows,” says Samantha. “She’s so excited. She tells me every day the different things she’s gonna teach the new baby.”

The 36 year-old was eager to expand her family. You can feel she had the baby crave. Samantha finally slowed down a bit after leaving DWTS, so it was the perfect time to get pregnant. There is no information on the sex of the baby or the due date.

Did Jesse get word of the Tweet and ask her to take it down? Or did Kat get cold feet about telling the world she’s dating the man who broke the heart of one of America’s most loved actresses? Sounds fishy to me….

Unfortunately, it looks like my suspicions were correct– it appears Dr. Frank Ryan was tweeting when his car went over a Malibu cliff on Monday  (I know, it was fairly obvious).

His ex-girlfriend Charmaine Blake, pictured with Dr. Ryan above, is a celebrity publicist; she told PEOPLE that his family was told by investigators that Ryan’s tweeting was the cause of the accident.

Blake added:

“He lived up in Malibu on a tiny street and he was texting while driving and he accidentally went over the cliff”

His dog Jill, who was also in the car, survived the wreck with injuries to the head and paw.

Though the official cause of Ryan’s crash has not yet been determined, all signs point to his cell phone activity.

This is such sad news. Kids, seriously, put down your cell phones when you’re going from place to place. It’s just not worth the risk.
