I’m not ashamed to say that I’m extremely excited for the new season of MTV’s Teen Mom, or even that I cancelled my plans tonight so I could stay in and watch the new episode since I don’t have DVR….and will continue to do so.

In last week’s episode, Catelynn lies to Tyler (twice), he forgives her, and they remain engaged–solidifying the fact that he’s the best teenage boyfriend ever and she still has some growing up to do.

Gary develops a crush on a girl he met in the baby aisle at Walmart, takes a day to mull over life decisions, and ultimately decides that Amber, and a happy family for the sake of their daughter Leah, are what he wants.

Farrah and Sophia get their own apartment, since the court has ordered that Farrah’s mom cannot be alone with Sophia without another adult present.

Maci is now receiving child support from her ex-fiance Ryan for their son Bentley, but still works part-time (while going to school) so that she can provide the best for him. I hate to state the obvious, but she is awesome, and “Beeeennntleeeeeyyyy” is the cutest child alive.

Season 2, Ep. 3 is tonight, and it’s sure to have you on the edge of your seat! It’s Valentine’s Day, and Maci notices Ryan’s new lady friend in the car when he drops Bentley off. Maci, in the episode preview:

“It’s kinda weird, like, she’s chillin’ with my child….if she’s got the balls to come to my house she can have a little bit of a brain to introduce herself to me.”

I agree, Maci, but that’s Ryan’s responsibility, too. Be a man, dude.

So what does the rest of Season 2 hold? Will Amber and Gary tie the knot to complete the dream? Will Catelynn and Tyler finally come to terms with the adoption of their daughter Carly? Will Farrah grow up and sort things out with her abusive mother? Will Maci continue to be an inspiration to teen moms everywhere? I don’t know about you, but I’m bursting with anticipation. Stay tuned!

We all saw that rock Roberto Martinez gave to Ali Fedotowsky last night on the finale of ABC’s The Bachelorette, and now we know the details.

According to Neil Lane, the jeweler, the ring is a handmade asscher-cut diamond. It’s 3.03 carats and includes 184 “round brilliant cut diamonds.” WOW! The ring is reportedly $50,000.

Neil also said that Ali had spoken with him about her preferences before Martinez proposed to her in Tahiti. He described Ali’s inspiration for the band- “she was both very girly and sophisticated at the same time.” He spent weeks working to design and create the ring before presenting it, along with others, to Martinez. In the end, Martinez chose the band that Neil had originally pictured Ali to have.

I’d say Ali is one lucky girl. She’s engaged to an insurance agent and still managed to get herself a $50,000 NEIL LANE ring. Clearly, I’m jealous.

According to sources, Bristol Palin, has called it quits with fiance Levi Johnston. This is the second time that the couple has been engaged; the first time being in 2008. They have one child together, Tripp, who was born on December 27th, 2008. The couple recently reunited and announced that they were once again engaged on July 14th.

In an interview with People Magazine, Bristol, 19, said the same day they announced their wedding plans, the relationship took a turn for the worse. She said that Johnston admitted to her that he may have fathered a child with another girl. Bristol claims that she ended things with Johnston saying:

“The final straw was him flying to Hollywood for what he told me was to see some hunting show but come to find out it was that music video mocking my family. He’s just obsessed with the limelight and I got played.”

Her mother, prominent political figure Sarah Palin, has never been a fan of Johnston. She added:

The 27th Annual MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) nominations, which were announced on Monday (August 2), brought some big surprises this year. Singer Lady GaGa makes MTV history by setting a new record for the most VMA nominations for an artist in a single year with 13 nods, including Video Of The Year (“Bad Romance” and “Telephone”), Best Female Video, Best Pop Video and Best Dance Music Video.

Incredible. GaGa is followed by the resurrect rapper, Eminem with eight nomination. There are six first time nominees, including names like Ke$ha and Justin Bieber. YES! Justin Bieber! (*SCREAM*) The 2010 MTV VMAs ceremony will be held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California on September 12.

This week I’ve been listening to all of my music on my iPhone with Diddybeats In-Ear Headphones by Dr. Dre.  The last couple of years I basically quit listening to music via headphones because the sound quality basically sucked.  I also struggled with earbuds sliding out of my ears while running or working out in the gym.

Naturally, sound quality is the most important component to making a successful headphone, whether it be of the old school variety or the more modern in-ear(buds) design.  This is what sets Diddybeats apart from the competition.

Diddybeats really makes the music come alive.  Unlike listening to your favorite songs on the radio, in-dash CD player, or sound system in your house, Diddybeats allows you to hear parts of the song you truly didn’t know existed.  The headphones allow you to hear the music the way it was produced and intended to be heard by the artist.

With Diddybeats you aptly hear beats, instruments, and even lyrics you haven’t been hearing before.  I tested the headphones mostly while working out and on the elliptical, and the sound quality still impressed me even while being extremely active.  When just chilling out, the sounds you hear from Diddybeats will impress you even more.  They are truly that good.

The one drawback I had with the phones, and perhaps I am being a bit too picky, but the cord seemed a bit heavy. It would weigh the earbuds down and slowly pull them out of my ears while exercising.  But I’ve had this problem with every type of in-ear headphones I’ve ever used.  Monster includes several different sizes of earbuds and attachments to help with this.  I didn’t have time to experiment or try different options.

Bonus features I didn’t expect but included with Diddybeats include a built-in mic for hands-free calls on your iPhone, Blackberry, or cell phone, numerous earbuds for custom fit, and a stylish Diddybeats protective carrying case.

Overall these headphones can’t be beat.  They blow you away once you hear your music delivered on them. You quickly realize you’ve only been hearing only about 85% of your music.

There is room for improvement, but Diddybeats is currently the best set of in-ear headphones that exist on the market (by far).  If you can get over the price tag (retail $179.99) then there is really no debate as to what should be your next set of headphones.

Jennifer Hudson confessed to InStyle she’s considering shaving her head. Here’s what 28-year-old singer-turned-actress had to say:

“I am actually thinking about shaving my head. Because I feel I’ve got a good structure. … My cousin’s a beautician and she’s always saying, ‘You could wear any hairdo.’ So I’m thinking, what if I shave my hair? Not completely off, but low. I think that would be so hot. With my diamonds studs? But with a cut like that, your face has to be made up at all times.”

Hudson is the current spokesperson for Weight Watchers. She’s recently slimmed down from a size 16 to a size 6. And she looks amazing, if I may say so myself. She also revealed some of her weight loss secrets to the magazine:

“I was on a similar path already, except it was far stricter. And that was my downfall. I would say, ‘I’m going to have skinless chicken and grilled fish and climb a mountain to work out!’ … And then I’d gain it all back. So what I did with Weight Watchers is actually more realistic. It’s not a diet — it’s really a way of living that teaches you better skills. This is for the normal person, who wants to look better, or feel better, but who still wants to indulge a little bit.”

“I don’t want to lose any more weight, and you’re never going to see me skinny. I think this is a good, natural size for me. David [Hudson's fiancé] doesn’t like change. He tells me I have no breasts anymore. He tries to feed me.”

Tiger Woods will be handing over, or losing, the Orlando-area home he shared with Elin Nordegren, his soon-to-be ex-wife, as part of the multi-million dollar divorce settlement between the couple.

Elin was originally going to make her primary residence in their home in Jupiter, Florida because she has friends in South Florida. As negotiations progressed, Elin decided to stay in Orlando.

A source close to the couple said:

“It looks like Tiger is going to make the Jupiter home his permanent residence. It’s got a state of the art gym and was built to his specs. And it keeps him just a few hour drive from his children.”

Oh, well thank goodness there’s a state of the art gym for that tool to use.

Elin may eventually sell the Windmere home where Tiger reportedly had an affair with a 21-year-old daughter of a neighbor. The source said:

“She hasn’t lived there in more than a year and that home has good and bad memories for her. She hasn’t told anyone if she’s going to keep it or sell it. But one thing is for sure, she will walk away from the marriage with enough money to do whatever she wants.”

Call me a woman, but I hope Tiger suffers every day for this. I hope he ends up with nothing. Hmph!

Actor Laurence Fishburne’s daughter, Montana Fishburne, who will be best known as Chippy D, the porn star, confessed that she did not tell her father she was going to enter the porn industry. Chippy D believes her daddy will be able to forgive, understand and support her.
