If you watched the new episode of MTV’s Teen Mom on Tuesday, you may have seen Amber and Gary in a heated argument– which is not out of the norm.

But this time, Amber Portwood is being investigated for assault by local police in Anderson, Ind. after she hit, punched, and kicked her ex-fiancee Gary Shirley in the episode.

Police were made aware of incidents happening behind closed doors because of the reality show, and assigned an officer to investigate on Wednesday.

Amber and Gary share custody of their toddler daughter, Leah. In the episode, Gary threatens to call Child Protective Services on Amber if she doesn’t calm down.

Amber isn’t the only Teen Mom in the news lately– there have been rumors circling her show-mate Farrah Abraham and a possibly pregnancy, as well. Though, Farrah claims those are false.

Man, I love this show– so much drama!

Seeing Justin Timberlake at the mic on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night really brought light to the fact that he hasn’t had a new album out in FOUR YEARS!

Four years! Totally crazy since he was once one of the biggest names in pop music.

So, is Justin done with music forever?

Justin sat down to talk about his plans with Entertainment Weekly, so here’s what’s up:

“Does a painter make a painting because he has to make it by December 21st?”

“No, he doesn’t. It happens when it pours out of him. That’s how music is for me…”

Justin, whose new movie ‘The Social Network‘ opens tomorrow, says he likes to play the entertainment field:

“I grew up in a generation that was like, ‘why not do everything?’”

“I grew up in a family where they said, ‘Why do everything if you have the opportunity?’”

True, but why deny your musical talent? Justin is one of music’s most talented — hands down.

He says:

“I never stop making music,”

“I don’t know what else to tell you, except that I just don’t know [in] what capacity I want to be involved anymore.”

Hmmm. Fingers crossed that we’ll get some of that underground stuff sooner or later.

I think Justin is the type of artist who can make an impact no matter how long he dabbles outside of the music box, fortunately.

Good for him for maintaining what’s important– quality work!

Less than 24-hours after his death, Jamie Lee Curtis made a statement about her father, actor Tony Curtis, who died last night after suffering cardiac arrest:

“My father leaves behind a legacy of great performances in movies and in his paintings and assemblages,”

“He leaves behind children and their families who loved him and respected him and a wife and in-laws who were devoted to him. He also leaves behind fans all over the world,”

Tony was 85 and battled with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

He is survived by 5 children from several different marriages, including Jamie Lee, who is 51.

We’re thinking of you today, Jamie Lee Curtis! Thanks for making that statement on behalf of Tony and his fans on what is undoubtedly a painful day.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, the youngest members of the Jolie-Pitt clan, are currently learning how to speak French with a French teacher. They are only two years old!

The 35 year-old actress claims her twins speak more French than English. Knox and Vivienne should be learning how to speak proper English before they teach different languages to this kids. Can you imagine the confusion in their little baby brains? “Mama, gimme… Oui, ça va?”

“They speak more French than English,” Angie recently said. “We have a French teacher who’s always with them.”

“Because the nannies do so much day-to-day care, the twins naturally speak in French,” notes the insider. “But Angie encourages it,” adds the insider. “She’s always been obsessed with the idea that educated people speak French as a second language.”

SO the kids spend so much time with their nannies that they are picking a different language!?! OK. I’m just feeling suddenly very dumb for not knowing French as good a couple of toddlers in diapers.

If there’s one thing I love, it’s a good Justin Bieber cover song — and Neon Trees do Bieber real, real good.

Of their Doo Wop cover of “Baby“, Neon Trees frontman Tyler Glenn said:

“We tend to do more of a doo wop throwback vibe to a lot of our own songs, so we thought that ["Baby"] called for it,”

“We might as well cover something people are enjoying right now,”

And people do love the Biebs, that’s for sure.

Last night when Justin Timberlake was a guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, we expected him to talk about his new movie about Facebook — The Social Network — and he did, but I don’t think anyone was expecting the hysterical “History of Rap” medley with host Jimmy Fallon!

JT and…JF…covered hip-hop favorites that span the last 30 years, including:

Justin’s new movie ‘The Social Network’, starring Jesse Eisenberg as Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg, opens in theaters tomorrow.

After falling on stage during a performance in Singapore over the weekend, Mariah Carey was spotted being pushed through the Los Angeles International Airport in a wheelchair when she arrived back in the United States.

Pretty scary since Mariah is expecting a baby in a few months with husband Nick Cannon!

Mariah played down Saturday’s fall via her Twitter, so everything must be okay.

She tweeted Sunday:

“TY SO much to my fans in Singapore!!! Yeah, several hectic moments, (lol!)but I tried to swirl them into festive!.Love+ God Bless!”

When asked about the wheelchair, Mariah’s rep Cindi Berger told E! News:

“Mariah twisted her ankle in Singapore and should have packed more sensible shoes, but she doesn’t have any,”

“I’m sending her a pair of flats today.”

Oh, Mariah, always the diva!

The new panel of American Idol judges, consisting of Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, was officially announced only a week ago and one of them is already in a feud with the host Ryan Seacrest.

Who? JLo, who else? Jennifer apparently thinks she is the bigger star (and she actually is!) and is basically in a war with Ryan for power. They have been fighting about everything from pay checks to dressing rooms.

“Ryan was the one who first suggested Jennifer, but now he’s starting to regret it, because she’s acting like she’s a much bigger star than he is,” the insider says. “Ryan knows the diva behavior is likely to get worse before it gets better. Producers are trying to get them to make peace, but their egos are both pretty big.”

After Simon left, Ryan basically thought he would be the one calling all the shots in the Idol house. Well, he was wrong! And of course he didn’t know JLo would be such a diva… like himself! This will be the best celebrity feud ever.

Meanwhile, Idol’s new executive producer Nigel Lythgoe, who is best known as a judge in “So You Think You Can Dance”, proudly showed off the first picture of his new judges behind their judges’ stand on Twitter.

Socialite Paris Hilton’s heroic boyfriend, Cy Waits, who was busted along with his girl in Vegas a month ago, was cited for a hit-and-run after he hit a photographer with a Bentley and drove off as he and Paris left Boa in West Hollywood on Wednesday night (September 29)- pictures below.

Paris and Cy were reportedly swarmed by paparazzi (the usual!). Cy lost his patience and suddenly accelerated, knocking one of the photographer down. They left the scene and the paparazzo called the cops. This is ridiculous. I don’t want to defend Paris or her boyfriend, but the paps are worse than parasites.

The female photographer, who must have been “glued” to the car to be knocked down, was taken to a local hospital. Cy returned to the scene later and talked with the police. Paris was nowhere to seen, but she is allegedly claiming “The pap is making up injuries.”

Cy apparently claims he was not cited for hit-and-run, but the photographer placed him under citizen’s arrest and that’s why cops were forced to sign a form about the accident. Paris’ boyfriend also says he wasn’t aware the photographer had been struck and he was the one to call the police when he received a text message with the information.

The authorities are currently investigating the case. And they are looking into different possibilities. If the paparazzi’s flashing lights blinded the driver, it may constitute interfering with the operation of a motor vehicle, which is also a crime. I’ll believe Cy and Paris in this case.

After 13 years, Heidi Klum is leaving Victoria’s Secret.  The supermodel told her bosses that she’s hanging up her angel wings and won’t be walking in their televised November show. Klum, 37, told reporters at Paris Fashion Week:

“All good things have to come to an end. I will always love Victoria’s Secret. It has been an absolutely amazing time.”

The mom of four was named “The Body” by Page Six after she walked in her first Victoria’s Secret show. She was then dubbed “Head Angel,” and has hosted the show since 2002. Last year, she stole the show walking down the runway in lingerie having given birth only five weeks prior.

The Project Runway host’s exit means that a new “Head Angel” will have to be named. Since Miranda Kerr and Doutzen Kroes are both expecting, that leaves Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrósio or one of the new Angel generation models: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Candice Swanepoel, Chanel Iman or Erin Heatherton. The Victoria’s Secret bosses have got a tough decision to make!

The 24 year-old revealed they wanted to keep their relationship private for the sake of their careers and the show’s success, which ultimately led to a painful break up. Kaley and Johnny broke up just before the holidays. The decision was mutual and they continued to work as if nothing had ever happened.

“It was such a huge part of my life and no one knew about it,” Kaley said. “It was a wonderful relationship but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together. We were so protective of ourselves and the show and didn’t want anything to ruin that. But that also made it sad, too. That’s not the kind of relationship I want — I don’t want to be hiding.”

“When you’re dealing with two professionals who have been working since they were both 4 — and who kept their lives extremely private — we didn’t want anything other than that.”

That is a beautiful love story with a not so happy ending. Kaley and Johnny make like the perfect couple and it seemed like the two really understood each other’s need for privacy. Johnny probably isn’t happy about Kaley’s revelation.
