Playboy Playmate, Karissa Shannon, who admitted to having a lesbian sex tape with former “The Hills” star Heidi Montag, is now accusing Heidi’s soon-to-be ex-husband Spencer Pratt of stealing some private X-rated videos from her home and is threatening to sue him.

The sex tape in question reportedly does not involve Heidi. Spencer is allegedly in possession of footage that was “taken from [Karissa]” and “contains private materials” featuring the Playmate and boyfriend Sam Jones III.

Karissa’s lawyer wrote in a letter to Spencer, “It had been reported in the press that you were attempting to publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit filmed footage of Ms. Shannon. According to press reports, you are no longer threatening to do that. This decision is wise. Were you to follow through with your initial threat, Ms. Shannon would file a lawsuit to enjoin the sale and/or distribution and seek monetary damages from you.”

Karissa simply demands the immediate return of all copies of the tapes and a written acknowledgment that Spencer will no longer attempt to “publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit the footage.”

Spencer (and Heidi) never really considered the possibility of selling those sex tapes. However, they used their existence as a major publicity stunt and they may do it again in the future. They will only sell the tapes if they are really desperate. I’ll give them six to eight months.
