Former Dancing With The Stars contestant Niecy Nash and her boyfriend, electrical engineer Jay Tucker, are engaged to be married in a lavish Spring ceremony in May of 2011. The couple announced their engagement at a party attended by her former DWTS partner Louis van Amstel over the weekend.

“They’re very happy and are in love and are looking forward to sharing the rest of their lives together,” her rep Joseph Babineaux says.

“I cannot believe that God has been this kind that he would gift me this man,” Nash tells ET. She adds: “Falling in love was the easy part, planning a wedding – yikes!”

The 40 year-old comedian/actress was previously married to Don Nash for thirteen years until they divorced back in 2007, has three children and definitely deserves to be happy. Jay, who surprised her with a huge diamond engagement ring, is the one for Niecy.

She gushed about her boyfriend and called him Mr. Wonderful a couple of months ago. Niecy said, “He’s comfortable in his skin, he is warm, so loving and sexy. He’s good to me, he’s good to my children, my family. He’s supportive, he’s loving. I wouldn’t trade in this one.”
