Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi Quaid were arrested on charges of felony burglary and a misdemeanor for entering a noncommercial building without consent in Santa Barbara, California on Saturday afternoon (September 18). Evi was also charged with resisting arrest.

The current owner of the home that was previously owned by the Quaid called the police to say the couple was illegally living in his guest house and trashing the place, causing a $5,000 in damages.

Evi and Randy have an interesting criminal record. They were also arrested for trying to defraud an innkeeper out of $10,000 last year. Evi decided to take the blame and plead guilty to a lesser charge, which earned her a three-year probation sentence.
