Singer/songwriter Peter Gene Hernandez, best known as Bruno Mars who wrote hit songs for B.o.B, Cee-Lo Green and Travie McCoy, was arrested on suspicion of narcotics possession at around 2:40 am in Las Vegas on Sunday (September 19).
The 23 year-old, who is preparing to release a solo album “Doo-Wops & Hooligans” next month, was reportedly getting ready to perform or had just finished performing when he was confronted by security in the bathroom at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino. They found him in possession of a controlled substance, which has not been identified, and he was promptly arrested.
