According to Sgt Bill Karback of the Lincoln Park Police Department, Joe was ordered by a judge to do jail time after driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was then transferred to the Morris County Correctional Facility to serve a 10-day sentence. A source said:

“Since it’s a high profile case and he has a short stay he will be in the cell alone.”

Joe was charged with driving under the influence in January after he crashed his car into a telephone pole in Montville Township, New Jersey. Then in March, he was fined $864, had his license revoked for 12 months and was sentenced 30 days of community service.
