British actor Tom Hardy and his girlfriend, actress Charlotte Riley, are officially engaged to marry sometime soon. The 28 year-old finally confirmed the rumors and confessed the two have not set up a date yet in an interview for Sunday Express Magazine.

Tom Hardy Admits He Had Sexual Relations with Men

Charlotte said, “Yes, we are engaged. We just got on well right from the start, to be honest, and had an immediate understanding of each other.”

The “Inception” star met Charlotte while working on a TV adaptation of Wuthering Heights last year and hit it off. The engagement rumors started when the actress was seen wearing a big rock on her ring finger at a red carpet event a couple of months ago.

The 33 year-old actor, who recently revealed he is also attracted to men in a non-sexual way and admitted to be comfortable with his sexuality, was previously married to Sarah Ward and has a son named Louis with Rachael Speed. Tom struggled with alcoholism and drug addiction, but he has been sober for more than seven years.
