Lindsay Lohan In Custody, No Bail
Lindsay Lohan was taken into custody today when she arrived in court after failing two drug tests — and she could be there until October 22nd with no bail.
Judge Elden Fox made his ruling the lawyers could make any argument, TMZ reports, though no cameras have been allowed in the courtroom.
Lindsay was understandably shocked when the judge made his call, and looked at her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holly for help.
Lindsay was taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs.
Her mother, Dina Lohan, accompanied Lindsay to court today, and Lindsay’s estranged father, Michael Lohan, arrived separately.
