Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol Palin is currently under investigation after she and her partner Mark Ballas filmed a segment for Dancing With The Stars inside Rumrunner’s Old Towne Bar and Grill in Alaska on Thursday (September 23)- watch video here.

Bristol is only 19 years old, therefore under 21 and not allowed to be inside a place like that. However, a source claims Bristol was only there to eat her nachos and she was even accompanied by an older guy – Mark Ballas, who else?

A source tells TMZ, “The place is also a restaurant … so under 21 is allowed under Alaska law if accompanied by a person over 21, which she was.” Bristol was with her partner Mark Ballas during the segment — and he’s 24.

So it was a restaurant bar, which means she was only allowed inside if accompanied by a parent, spouse or legal guardian over 21. As far as we know, Mark is not Bristol’s legal guardian and he is also not her hubby or daddy. Naughty Bristol!
