Paris will also have to pay $2,000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and complete an “intensive” substance abuse program. During the year of suspended sentence, Paris cannot under any circumstances be arrested for anything more serious than a simple minor traffic violation.

Clark County Detention Center Justice of the Peace Joe Bonaventure, told Paris, “The purpose here is to change your conduct.
