Despite rumors that she’s carrying his baby, Kim Kardashian and Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin are apparently taking a break from their relationship.

Multiple sources revealed to RadarOnline that the couple, who have been dating since June, broke up about a week ago.

The source said:

“It’s typical after a break up for Kim to take some time by herself,”

Kim is currently in Europe promoting her reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. She and her mom Kris were spotted at the Louvre in Paris checking out the Mona Lisa.

Apparently, Kim has a history of ducking out of the country after a break up– she did the same thing with her ex, Reggie Bush.

“When she broke up with Reggie, she went to Mexico and now after her break with Miles she went to Europe.”

Though, according to the source, Kim also has a history of giving boyfriends a second chance:

“I’m sure they’ll be on-and-off again but at the moment, they are 100 percent definitely off.”

Who doesn’t love a good Vince Vaughn flick? Notice I said good– so, not like Couples Retreat, which was a disaster.

But ‘The Dilemma‘, which stars Vince and Kevin James is sure to be a comedy hit when it lands in theaters January 14, 2011.

Kevin and Vince play best friends with “perfect” relationships– until Vince’s character discovers that Kevin’s character’s wife is a cheater. Ooh, twisted.

In addition to new movies and great comedic success, funny man Vince Vaughn, who married in January, is now expecting a baby with his real-life wife Kyla Weber. Exciting!

It’s so great that Kelly Preston and John Travolta are expecting a baby boy this fall, especially in light of the death of their son Jett last year.

What’s even better is that Kelly, 47, says this pregnancy has been a breeze.

She told PEOPLE in Toronto on Thursday:

“It’s been very easy and so wonderful,”

“I’ve had no morning sickness and [the pregnancy] has gone by so quickly. I feel terrific.”

She added that she, her husband and their 10-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu, are pumped for the arrival of the new Preston-Travolta baby:

“John and I are completely ready. My daughter is very excited too,”

“I can’t wait for the day to come.”

A very pregnant Kelly appeared in Toronto for the premiere of her new film, Casino Jack, at the Toronto International Film Festival.

“I’m thrilled to have been in this film, and I loved every minute of it,”

In her new film, Casino Jack, Kelly stars opposite Kevin Spacey. The movie hits theaters in December.

“I love this film because I hadn’t been in a movie in over a year, so it was nice to be back.”

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has finally admitted she has a drug addiction problem, confessing she failed her most recent drug test and thanking her fans, close friends and family for their unconditional support.

Lindsay also stated she will take responsibilities for her actions once she is presented to Superior Court Judge Elden Fox next week. The failed drug test is a violation of her probation that might cost her another 30 days in the slammer.

Lindsay took to her Twitter to explain her drug addiction, failed drug test and recovery process:

Lindsay wrote, “Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result. This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences.”

“Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future.”

“I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard, but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful….Thank you all!!!”

Socialite Paris Hilton agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanors or drug possession and obstructing an officer related to her cocaine arrest in Las Vegas late last month and will be sentenced to a year of probation. Paris manages to escape jail once again.

“Defendant shall stay out of trouble. Defendant agrees that an arrest for any charge, excluding minor traffic violations for which a citation is issued, shall result in the immediate termination of her probation and the execution of the suspended sentences,” reads the deal.

“We fashioned a resolution which would give us complete control over her future. If she does not toe the line and stay out of trouble she will do one year in the Clark County Detention Center,” said Nevada’s Clark County District Attorney David Roger.

The show is set to begin in the fall of 2011.

Friday afternoon, British comedian Russell Brand was arrested for allegedly attacking a photographer at LAX in Los Angeles. This news has been confirmed by L.A. Airport Police.

Brand, 35, and his fiancee, pop sensation Katy Perry, were making their way through airport security when Brand became upset and began pushing and hitting photographers who were snapping pictures of the famous couple. A member of the paparazzi then placed him under “citizen’s arrest.”

Brand was taken into custody for suspected battery after being interviewed by airport police. The couple obviously didn’t board their scheduled flight to Las Vegas. After the drama went down, Perry, 24, had a few words to share with the Twitter world:

“If you cross the line & try an put a lens up my dress, my fiancé will do his job & protect me.#standbyyourman#don’tf**kwiththeBrands.”

Looks like we’ll be hearing more out of this! A spokesperson said Brand will be booked at the LAPD Pacific division.

It looks like troubled twenty-something actress Lindsay Lohan is going to be headed back to prison after failing a surprise drug test last week according to TMZ.

We’re told the court-mandated drug test in question occurred last week.  According to the terms of Lindsay’s probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test.

Lohan’s people have denied it, naturally, but TMZ says they have it confirmed from pretty high up that she did in deed fail the test.

Lindsay served time in jail back in July for numerous run ins with the law. She was released into rehab, but lawyered her way to an early release from there as well.

If these pictures are sold, the people involved in the transaction will be in a lot of trouble since due to their explicit natural they can be considered child pornography. “It wasn’t sold,” the source said. “And the person who has it is now hiding it.”
