A woman named Yana Morgana, the mother of the deceased Lina Morgana, accuses eccentric singer Lady GaGa of stealing her daughter’s identity, style and music after her tragic death a couple of years ago (photos and videos below).

Lina, a promising aspiring singer who allegedly met and worked in the studio with Stefani Germanotta (GaGa’s real name) in 2007, committed suicide at the age of 19 by jumping off the the roof of a hotel on Staten Island.

Yana now wants her daughter to get the recognition she deserves and is also seeking the rights to several songs that GaGa and Lina reportedly worked on together before her death.

Yana tells the NY Post, “Every other word she says is from Lina. She talks about having a dark and tragic life, but she had everything she wanted in the world. She went to [the same] high school as Nicky Hilton, her parents were rich. But Lina did have a tough life, and she often talked about her tragic life.”

Why did Yana come out now to accuse GaGa of being a copycat? She explained, “I’m doing this because I want to keep her spirit alive. Lady Gaga is holding Lina’s soul, and I want her soul to be free.”

It’s easy to find similarities between Lina and GaGa. They seem to have a similar dark and disturbed style and personality. We can even believe GaGa was inspired by Lina one way or other, but stealing her artistic persona to become a major superstar sounds too paranoid.

Lina’s boyfriend, Tyler Schwab, also believes GaGa is using his former girlfriend as an inspiration for who she is an artist. He said, “It was the same style, the same look, the same music, the same voice, the same jaw line – the way they expressed themselves. And I was like, ‘Is that Lina?’ It was so, so shocking. It was like looking at a ghost.”

“Wonder Years” actress Danica McKellar and her husband Mike Verta welcomed a healthy baby boy named Draco Verta, who weighed in at 7lbs., 2oz., on Tuesday night (September 7).

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been accused of domestic violence by his baby mama, Josie Harris, who called the cops at around 5 am on Thursday morning (September 9) after he allegedly threatened her and her boyfriend and before he brutally attacked her inside home in Las Vegas.

This story is really sick. Apparently Floyd woke her up screaming and yelling at 5 am, the cops come over and escorted the boxer out of her home. A couple hours later, he allegedly entered her home through her son’s side bedroom door and that is when he physically attacked her.

Josie immediately filed and was granted a restraining order against the 33 year-old boxer, who she accused of hitting her multiple times in the head and threatening to kill her. Josie said Floyd woke her up, “pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head.”

According to court documents, Floyd allegedly started “dragging me on the floor and twisting my arm back … in attempt to try and break it.” Floyd “continued to beat me in front of [the couple's three children].” He also threatened the kids, saying if he “ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way”; and “yelled and screamed that he was going to kill me and my boyfriend and make sure we are taken care of.”

Floyd must stay 100 yards away from Josie and her children until October 10, according to the restraining order. On Friday, the boxer was arrested in connection to the alleged domestic violence accident and booked on one count of felony grand larceny since he took items from Josie’s home. He was released on $3,000 bail.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department has recommended the Clark County District Attorney’s Office to consider an additional charge of battery domestic violence regarding the same incident. We hope Floyd learns some type of lessons. What he allegedly did is absolutely unacceptable and should be punished with a unsympathetic jail sentence.

Playboy model Tiffany Livingston was detained after she allegedly tried to open the emergency door at 10,000 feet in the air during an anxiety attack on a JetBlue flight headed to Newark on Thursday night (September 9).

The 21 year-old, a perfect 32C-22-33 who graced the centerfold in the very first edition of Playboy Singapore, was promptly detained and interrogated by the feds. They determined Tiffany was actually not trying to open the door, but simply trying to stabilize herself during the turbulent flight that was the direct cause of her panic attack.

Despite gay roles he takes on as an actor, James Franco puts rumors about his sexuality to rest in a new interview.

James told Advocate magazine:

“Everyone thinks I’m a stoner, and some people think I’m gay because I’ve played these gay roles,”

“That’s what people think, but it’s not true. I don’t smoke pot. I’m not gay. But on another level, there’s something in me that is able to play roles like that in a way that’s convincing.”

It’s weird how acting works, isn’t it? Like it’s his job to pretend he’s something that he’s not, or something…

In addition to a Saturday Night Live skit where he locks lips with Will Forte (who has since left SNL), James played Harvey Milk‘s lover in the 2008 film Milk, and will play gay again in his new movie, Howl, which opens September 24th.

But why does James– who has been with girlfriend Ahna O’Reilly for five years– take on so many gay roles?

“In this history of cinema, there are so many heterosexual love stories,”

“It’s so hammered, so done. It’s just not that interesting to me. It’s more interesting to me to play roles and relationships that haven’t been portrayed as often.”

A great point, really, and a great way to keep things progressive. Can’t blame him for that!

Former Velvet Underground musician Lou Reed reportedly personally blocked Susan Boyle by not giving her a chance to perform one of his hit songs, “Perfect Day”, on “America’s Got Talent” this week. Susan was “absolutely devastated” and returned home immediately after pulling out of the show.
