“Jersey Shore” star Nicole Polizzi aka Snooki pled guilty to one crime of disturbing the peace stemming from her July arrest and was called a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” (hilarious!) by judge Damian Murray, who said the reality star’s actions were “rude and self-indulgent”.

The judge openly criticized Snooki’s attitude and mocked her behavior, claiming to not know if her actions were scripted or not, but if it was scripted Snooki needs to decide “if it’s worth trading your dignity for a paycheck.”

Snooki escaped a 90-day jail sentence, but was ordered to complete a two days of community service and pay a $533 fine. Nicole politely addressed the court to reveal she was “very embarrassed” because she had never been involved in a situation like that before. Poor Snooki!!

Dancing With The Stars professional ballroom dancer Karina Smirnoff is returning to the show for the eleventh season, but she is the only one who hasn’t met her celebrity dance partner, Jersey Shore star Mike Sorrentino aka The Situation, yet.

Karina confessed to be pretty excited to be paired with someone as interesting as Mike. She is also pretty nervous because she and Mike will only have a few days of rehearsals before their live debut on the DWTS dance floor, while all the other couples have weeks to prepare.

“I’m excited and nervous and I have all these weird emotions, but I’m mostly excited,” Smirnoff told MTV News. “I think were literally the only couple who will only have about five days to get ready for the premiere on national television. Everyone else is going to have three and half weeks. We’re gonna have maybe five days, so that part I’m very nervous about. I know I have to be very clever in the choreography, because five days is just not enough. Even if you’re a professional dancer, it would be really, really tough to get ready. So we might try to implement the fist-pumping for the first episode.”

“Once I meet him for the first time, whenever he’s here, that would be literally the first time I see him [and] I speak to him [and] I have any kind of contact with him, so leading up to that, I will try to create, like, variations, little pieces of choreography,” she explained. “It’s trial and error.”

Karina promises to show the audience a different side of The Situation. The 32 year-old actually believe she will be able to convince him to wear something classier like a tuxedo. Keep dreaming, Karina! You can take the The Situation out of the Jersey Shore, but you can’t take Jersey Shore out of The Situation.

“I was thinking, again, it’s all about seeing where his mind is. If that was up to me, we all know Mike as Mike ‘The Situation’ from ‘Jersey Shore,’ so I think it’d be nice to still have Mike as Mike that we know, but also show some more insight into him wearing a tuxedo, wearing something we’ve never seen. I hope we’re able to give different sides of Mike.

“He looks like he’s in great physical shape, and that’s a plus and a minus,” she said. “I don’t know if Michael is ready, but he’s going to be stretched out to his limits, physically speaking.”

Mike The Situation will be one of the biggest surprises and most exciting contestants of the new season of Dancing With The Stars for better or for worse. We can’t wait. Dancing With The Stars Season 11 premieres on ABC on Monday (September 20).

R&B singer Chris Brown’s mother Joyce Hawkins took to her Twitter to trash the memory of one of the greatest artists of all-time, Michael Jackson, who tragically died last year, by basically claiming her son is the Second Coming of the King Of Pop.

Joyce (@mombreezy) seriously needs to stop expressing herself in CAPS. It’s childish, shows a poor level of education and lack of respect for others. I digress. She initially tweeted (via ONTD), “Michael Jackson died so that Chris Brown could live!!!!”

This woman is completely delusional if she thinks she can compare Chris to Michael Jackson and certainly desperate for attention. This is not the best way to promote her son. In fact, Joyce angered so many Michael’s fans and music lovers that she was forced to delete the tweet and apologize.

Joyce must learn to stop using God’s name whenever she screws up because this could be Chris’ career death sentence. What Joyce said was insensitive, cruel and sick. If she really wanted to say Chris would carry on Michael’s legacy, she would have said just that. But, that was not what she said.
