James Van Der Beek, former star of Dawson’s Creek, and his wife, Kimberly Brook, welcomed a baby girl, Olivia, Saturday night. James Tweeted his excitement with the world on Monday:

“Had the blessing of becoming a father over the weekend… Couldn’t come close to describing this bliss even if I had 140 million characters.”

Former Alaska Governor and VP Candidate Sarah Palin dropped the politician speech to support her daughter Bristol Palin, who danced an acceptable Quickstep with her professional dance partner Mark Ballas, on the Dancing With The Stars live show on Monday (September 27).

Last week, Bristol took Mark to Alaska to meet her family. Sarah made the honors and received the two with open arms, confessing she felt a little star-struck by Mark Ballas. Contrary to what people might think, Sarah was warm, nice and very sweet. She told Bristol just how proud she was of her little girl dancing on national television.

DWTS host Tom Bergeron had the chance to interview Sarah who was in the front row enjoying the show. Sarah confessed she was loving all the energetic, powerful and passionate performances. Sarah probably completely embarrassed her daughter when she called her “Bristol, the pistol”.

So everybody is talking about how Sarah Palin was booed as soon as the audience notice Tom was setting up his interview, but the show reps have spoken. They claim the audience booed the judges’ scores given to Jennifer Grey and her partner Derek Hough, who performed an incredible Jive (watch video here).

In my opinion, Sarah was the one being booed by the audience. She is a controversial woman and she brings up some spicy everywhere she goes. Whether you love her or hate her, you have to admit Sarah Palin is a very interesting character. I love her! She is pure entertainment!

Bristol needs to put more energy into it and relax because she is looking pretty stiff on the dance floor. She also needs more confidence. Carrie Ann Inaba compared her to one of her favorite celebrity dancers, Kelly Osbourne, telling Bristol she cannot wait to see her perform next week.

Of course Len Goodman wanted a classic ballroom dance, but he still loved it anyway. Carrie Ann Inaba claimed that is the new school of Quickstep. She loved it too!

He had to publicly apologize to his wife, because he is going home with less hair in his body.

Poor Michael! That dog house start was just ridiculous and pathetic. Yeah, Michael’s performance was absolutely disastrous. Michael is not a dancer. Bruno was very disrespectful when he said Michael should have kept the bone and gone back to the dog house, but he added it was the worst Jive of all seasons of DWTS. Len Goodman called him out and told him that some comments he should keep to himself. Bruno needs to shut up already!
