Singer/actress Miley Cyrus continues to try to shock the audience with a more mature and sexier image in the music video for “Who Owns My Heart”, the second single out of her “Can’t Be Tamed” album (watch video below).

The video looks a lot like “Can’t Be Tamed”, except Miley strips down to her underwear and rolls around in bed, while attempting to be sexy. She kind of looks desperate sometimes and her some of her dance moves remind me of “Thriller”.
