JetBlue’s Steven Slater To Check Into Mental Health Program
The JetBlue flight attendant, Steven Slater, who made headlines and became a national hero after a dramatic meltdown in August, has pled guilty to two counts of criminal mischief and managed to escape jail as he was order to check into a mental health program.

Poor Steven will have to pay $10,000 fine upon completing the program, which will consist of one year of treatment at a Queens’ mental health institution. Steven could have faced up to seven years in jail for his big hero stunt. Lucky Steven!
