Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee was arrested and charged with public intoxications after a woman called 911, claiming a shirtless man was trying to get in her car on Tuesday night (October 19).

The 23 year-old was totally wasted and soaking wet when the cops arrived. When questioned by the police, Pat admitted that he had drunk “a lot ’cause I am drunk. I know I am drunk, but does that mean I cannot walk home?”

Poor Pat! The NFL star took a breathalyzer test that registered an alcohol level of 0.15, which is almost double the legal limit. Pat is still in police custody and will be released only when he is finally sober.
