Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Jessica White was arrested for allegedly brutally beating an unidentified woman over a taxicab outside of a nightclub in New York over on Saturday (October 23).

The 26 year-old, who was romantically linked to actor Sean Penn and NFL star Terrell Owens, allegedly smacked the woman several times in the face “causing lacerations, swelling, and substantial pain.”

Jessica’s lawyer, Jeffrey Mennen, told Page Six, “The police report doesn’t sound like Jessica, and she must have been provoked.” The catfight started when Jessica was attempting to hail a cab. The two fought over a cab, which is ridiculous so it sounds like someone was drunk.
