ESPN reporter Erin Andrews recently found out that several images from her nude peephole video, which was illegally shot without her knowledge or permission, are still online at a site that refuses to pull the photos down more than a year after they made headlines.

Erin’s lawyer sent an intimidating letter to the website in question (TheDirty), demanding the immediate removal of the photos in question. The site is “unlawfully” using those images, which constitutes an invasion of privacy, because “the copyright of these images belongs exclusively to Ms. Andrews.”

The site was threatened with a lawsuit if they don’t completely erase the pictures “from all search engine databases, including, but not limited to, Google.” Erin will apparently have to fight another battle since TheDirty refuses to take the pictures down and they have even reposted them after receiving the letter.

Erin already went through a lot because of those pictures and video. It’s enough! The reporter basically became a celeb after the video was leaked, but it was proven she did not leak it and she did not know she was being filmed. Erin is a victim. Take the damn pictures down already!

Who was eliminated on Dancing With The Stars? Tonight, another celebrity dancer will be forced to leave the competition on the live results show (October 19) after a disappointing night dedicated to some memorable theme songs from TV shows on Dancing With The Stars on Monday (October 18).

Last week, Mike Sorrentino aka The Situation left the competition and this week’s live show was a total fiasco in terms of ratings too. The performances were acceptable, but no one managed to wow on the dance floor. Brandy was on top of the leaderboard simply because other considered to be strong contestants like Jennifer Grey and Audrina Patridge disappointed.

On the other hand, the big guys, Rick Fox and Kurt Warner, have visibly improved and delivered strong and elegant performances. Sarah Palin’s daughter, Bristol Palin, made a total fool of herself in a monkey suit and landed on the bottom of the leaderboard, while Disney star Kyle Massey and his partner offered a rendition of a foxtrot on crack.

So who will be in the bottom two? Bristol will be once again in the jeopardy (no doubt!) and Florence Henderson and Kyle Massey should be in danger too. In the final duel between Bristol and Florence, we predict the teen mom, who celebrated her 20th birthday yesterday (October 18), will be sent home.

Tonight, the special musical guests are Jason Derulo and Shakira.

UPDATE 2: And Kurt Warner is safe. Good job! Well done, Kurt! The bad news is Rick Fox is in danger. David Hasselhoff makes one funny skit! Shakira takes over the stage to perform “Loca”.

UPDATE 3: Jason performs again! YAWN! Now the results. Audrina Patridge is safe! Florence Henderson is in jeopardy. Rick vs. Florence vs. Jennifer. A lot of tension in the air. Jennifer is SAFE.

CBS is working on a series based on ‘Dear Girls Above Me‘ — a hilarious website of letters from a guy downstairs to his obnoxious female upstairs neighbors.

“Two annoying girls moved into the apartment above me. I’m forced to hear every dumb thing they say. These are my letters to them.”

The ‘guy downstairs’ is aspiring filmmaker Charlie McDowell (Ted Danson‘s stepson) — and according to Paste Magazine – Ashton Kutcher, Jason Goldberg, and David Schiff will executive produce the series.

I bet this will be HILARIOUS!

More info as it becomes available, but maybe this is what CBS needs to make a comeback in to primetime comedy television.

In last week’s emotional season finale of MTV‘s Teen Mom, we got to see Catelynn and Tyler reunite with Carly, the one-year-old daughter they gave up for adoption because, as teenagers, they weren’t equipped to raise her.

In tonight’s Season Finale Special with Dr. Drew, we get to share a special moment that even the MTV cameras weren’t present for: Carly’s first steps!

Aw! It’s sure to be yet another emotional evening as we get together with Maci, Farrah, Amber and Catelynn following the end of Season 2 of Teen Mom.

The Finale Special will air TONIGHT at 10/9 Central on MTV. Tune in, I know I will!

MTV has also confirmed that the girls will return for Season 3 of Teen Mom.

With 6  MILLION viewers for the season finale of Teen Mom last week, there’s no question that MTV has done something right with their hit show about teen pregnancy.

Afterall, we’ve all grown to love — err, live with — Farrah, Amber, Catelynn and Maci, so why not do a spinoff?

The spinoff will feature some of the moms from MTV’s original hit show, 16 and Pregnant – though a spokesperson for the network said it is not yet confirmed.

“We’re always exploring new production ideas, but can’t confirm anything at this time,”

MTV has confirmed, however, that Teen Mom will return for a third season with all of the girls and their significant others (Farrah, Amber & Gary, Catelynn & Tyler, Maci & Ryan) returning.

Great, another show I will be addicted to! And hooray for more Amber & Gary!

Glee stars Dianna Agron, Lea Michele and Cory Monteith are featured in the hot November issue of GQ. The cast mates of the hit show sex up the pages in very little clothing; a far cry from the typical characters we see them playing on the show.

Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro and his wife Lisa are expecting a new baby this February. The new addition will be their fourth, and will bring their family to a total of 6.

“Lisa and I are thrilled to be welcoming our fourth child into the world,”

Calling himself a “soldier for culture,” he told the audience “there were times that I contemplated suicide.” However, he said, “I will not give up on life again.”

He added:

“There’s so many people that will never get the chance to have their voice heard. I do it for them.”

His abstract film Runaway is a 35-minute piece that features nine of his new songs from his album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.” The mostly dialogue-free film features rapper Nicki Minaj and model Selita Ebanks, along with West. The piece is set to premiere this weekend on MTV, VH1 and BET.
