Actor Tom Bosley (Thomas Edward Bosley), best known for his role as Mr. Cunningham on “Happy Days”, died of natural causes after a brief battle against lung cancer at his home in Palm Springs, California. The 83 year-old had reportedly been battling a complicated staph infection.

Tom also played key roles in “Murder, She Wrote”, “Father Dowling Mysteries”, as well as the title role in the Pulitzer Prize-winning “Fiorello!”, for which he won a Tony Award back in 1959.

Czech model/actress Eva Herzigova has confirmed she is four months pregnant with her second child with partner, Italian entrepreneur Gregorio Marsiaj. The baby is due next spring.

“Gregorio and I are thrilled with the wonderful news,” Eva tells People exclusively. “Our son George is being really sweet, asking all different questions about the baby and talking to my belly.”

Gregoria and the 37 year-old supermodel have been dating for almost five years and they already have a 3 year-old son named George. Congratulations to the happy family!

Adrien Brody, who can be seen is films such as The Village and The Pianist, is suing for $3 million to stop the release of his Italian horror film Giallo.

The actor claims that directors lied to him to keep him on set after he learned that the film was underfunded. After a week of filming, Brody also learned that the directors had failed to pay $640,000 into an escrow account. When he threatened to leave, the directors assured him that guaranteed funding had been put into place and he signed a new agreement stating he would defer his paycheck: ”in exchange for having the ‘absolute right to withhold consent to the use of his likeness in the Picture’ until he was paid in full.”

In the lawsuit filed last Thursday in which Brody is seeking permanent injunction against the film’s release, he claims the new funding he was told of was “phony.” He also claims when he tried to exercise his rights to stop the production of the film, the producers ignored him. In addition, he’s asking for the “$640,000 he’s owed, plus $2 million more for breach of contract, breach of fair dealing, fraud, and misappropriation of his publicity rights.”

Yikes! Somebody is about to be in big trouble.

The JetBlue flight attendant, Steven Slater, who made headlines and became a national hero after a dramatic meltdown in August, has pled guilty to two counts of criminal mischief and managed to escape jail as he was order to check into a mental health program.
