Country singer/actor Randy Travis and his wife/manager Elizabeth “Lib” Travis have decided to divorce after almost twenty years of marriage. The couple, who secretly tied the knot in 1991, filed a petition for dissolution of marriage, claiming a “state of incompatibility exists between the two parties”.

“The divorce was finalized as of this morning,” spokesperson Maureen O’Connor confirmed to People on Friday. “Elizabeth and Randy Travis have agreed to part ways. Elizabeth will remain Mr. Travis’ personal manager. They do not intend to comment any further and ask for your respect for their privacy during this time.”

Elizabeth and Randy dated for ten years before getting married. Lib was previously married and unhappy when she basically turned around both Randy’s life and career. Lib finally broke free from her marriage and claims Randy gave her the courage to do so.

It’s the end of a beautiful thirty year romantic relationship between Randy and Lib, but she will continue to work as his manager. The two will also continue to be good friends.

Actress Jessica Capshaw, best known for her roles in “The Practice” and “Grey’s Anatomy”, and her husband, ‘Healthy Child, Healthy World’ CEO Christopher Gavigan, have welcomed a healthy baby girl named Eve Augusta Gavigan on October 20.

“The family is thrilled to welcome their newest addition,” Jessica’s rep tells People. The 33 year-old is the daughter of actress Kate Capshaw and stepdaughter of Steven Spielberg. Jessica and Christopher already have a 3 year-old son named Luke. Congratulations to the whole family!!

Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee has named their children’s surgery wing in honor of country music group Rascal Flatts.

During the past five years, the country stars have performed for children who are patients and donated more than $3 million to the hospital. The Rascal Flatts Surgery Center will feature new specialized radiology suites to improve treatment for the more than 12,700 children who undergo surgery at the hospital each year.

The band, which includes Jay DeMarcus, JoeDon Rooney and Gary LeVox, are up for a Country Music Association Award on November 10 and release a new album six days later.

Gym Class Heroes leader Travis McCoy (aka Travie McCoy), who is best known as singer Katy Perry’s ex-boyfriend, was arrested for spraying graffiti on the remains of the Berlin Wall in Germany on Wednesday night (October 27).

The 29 year-old decided to leave his mark in the historical landmark after his band performed at Magnet Club. Travis was promptly arrested and released on a $2,080 bail (€1500). If convicted, Travis could face up to three years in jail.

Travis will have a very hard time to prove his “innocence” since he had no problem telling all about his plan to mark the historic wall and even posted picture proof of his handy work. The “tweets” have already mysterious disappeared from his Twitter account.

“The Teen Mom stars earn $60,000 to $65,000 per season,” a series insider tells Life & Style. It’s enough to provide on-again, off-again couple Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley with comfortable lives — but neither one seems to be a good saver. “Gary says he’s broke,” Gary’s best friend, Jordan Sanchez, tells Life & Style. “The money is the only reason he’s willing to do the show. You can’t walk away from money like that.”

Sanchez added that Gary and Amber have already started filming the 3rd season of Teen Mom in Tennessee. He also said that the couple have considered moving to Florida, where Amber’s uncle owns a business.

Actress Lisa Blount, who starred in Richard Gere’s “An Officer And a Gentleman”, was found dead by her mother Louise in her home in Little Rock, Arkansas on Wednesday (October 27). Lisa was an Academy Award winning producer, receiving the statue for Best Live Action Short Film for “The Accountant” back in 2002.

The 53 year-old suffered from a painful disease similar to Multiple Sclerosis and a rare blood disorder known as Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP), which is associated with irregular low levels of platelets that prevent the blood from clotting properly.

According to reports, there was no sign of foul play, but the cause of death is yet to be determined. Lisa was found with her phone in her hand and there were no signs of disturbance. Lisa’s husband of 12 years, actor/director Ray McKinnon, was out of town, filming in Atlanta.

New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and his wife Abby McGrew, who tied the knot in a private beach ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, back in 2008, have announced they are expecting their first child. The happy news was confirmed by Eli’s brother Copper Mannning.

“They are both so happy and excited. Eli is being very protective of Abby, as it is still early days,” a source said. “Very few people know because Abby is only a few months along and isn’t really showing yet.”

Eli and Abby, who met at the University of Mississipi (aka Ole Miss) almost ten years ago, couldn’t be happier and more excited to become parents. Their bundle of joy will be born in the Spring of 2011. Congratulations to the parents-to-be!!

The end result is fantastic. The special effects, which included fireworks bursting out Katy’s boobies were a bit too surreal and probably could have been done in some other way. Anyhow, the video is fantastic and has a great message. LOVE Katy!

The cops detected the odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle and Brandi was forced to take a field sobriety test. Brandi was taken into custody, held on $5,000 bail and released a few hours later at 8:21 am.
