Actor Brian Krause, best known for his role as Leo Wyatt on “Charmed”, was arrested for being too drunk to fly when he tried to board an AirTran flight at LAX airport in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (October 31).

Airline employees noticed the 41 year-old actor was completely intoxicated and the captain ultimately decided Brian would have to leave. When he refused and began arguing with several employees, cops were called and arrested Brian for being drunk in public.

Brian was taken to a nearby jail, where he spent the night before being released sometime after 7 am on Monday (November 1). The actor’s rep refused to comment.
