Actress Gwyneth Paltrow wowed the crowd with a fantastic performance of the song “Country Strong”, the title track from her upcoming movie, featuring Vince Gill, while playing the acoustic guitar at the 2010 CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday (November 10)- watch video below.

The 38 year-old, who’s married to Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin, confessed she was extremely nervous, couldn’t sleep and completely lost her appetite before her big debut on such a big stage in the country music city. “I think any time you do any role you want to be as authentic as possible, but obviously in this case with it being around the world of country music, you have a whole culture to really respect and portray properly. So, it was some pressure,” Gwyneth said. “It was a lot of work, but it was really fun. It was worth it, very challenging.”
