Country star Taylor Swift sat behind a black grand piano to perform the ballad “Back To December” off her new album “Speak Now” at the 2010 CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday (November 10)- watch video below.

The 20 year-old singer, who allegedly wrote this beautiful song for her former boyfriend, Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner, was absolutely shocked after she got a deserved standing ovation from the crowd at the end. Taylor exclaims, “WHAT?” Hilarious.
