Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are celebrating their first Thanksgiving together with Tofurkey!

Jessica and her new fiancee will enjoy their Thanksgiving meal in New York, and it will be vegan-friendly for health-nut Eric.

Jessica told Jimmy Fallon:

“After getting out of the NFL, [Eric] went to this healer and is very healthy,”

“For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey! It doesn’t sound right! It’s gonna be jiggly and weird.”

But none of that for this Texas girl, Jessica says, adding:

“I’m from Texas – I’d fry a steak,”

“We eat all casseroles and giblets!”

I wonder if Jessica will suck it up and slurp down the Turkey imposter?
