Black Eyed Peas To Perform At Super Bowl Halftime

The Black Eyed Peas have snagged the coveted spot as featured performers during the 2011 Super Bowl.

The Grammy award-winning group will perform on February 6 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The announcement was made Thursday during the Dallas Cowboys’ game against the New Orleans Saints.

Super Bowl 2010 featured The Who. Previous years have included acts such as U2, Paul McCartney, Prince, the Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen. This year’s performance is sponsored by Bridgestone.
