‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood Facing Felonies, Jail For Domestic Violence

Despite being temporarily named a ward of the state last week, Indiana authorities returned Leah to Amber on Monday. A source said:

“Leah is moving into Amber’s new home, where Amber had her daughter’s bedroom all set up for her return. Amber is so excited to have Leah back!”

Amber was charged by Anderson police on November 18 for attacking Gary Shirley, Leah’s father, in front of the baby. She is currently facing two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence and battery.

The reality star, who is currently taking medication to cope with anxiety and depression, recently said:

“I’m trying to put the pieces back together…I have to get myself better so when I get my baby back, she sees her mom as happy as can be.”
