Singer/actress Demi Lovato announced she was entering a treatment center for psychological and physical issues last week. The pregnancy rumors quickly spread as soon as it was reported she allegedly had a romantic relationship with Wilmer Valderrama.

Demi and Wilmer reportedly met when they both filmed a PSA for earthquake relief in Chile back in March 2010, while she was still dating Joe Jonas. “The two started seeing each other in May right after her breakup with Jonas,” a source on the tour said. “She would show us pictures of them together.”

The 30 year-old actor has already denied the rumors and admitted he was not dating the Disney star. This denial did not prevent fake pregnancy reports, which started with a joke made by some radio station in Salt Lake City. Demi’s rep says the report is “100% not true.”

“Jersey Shore” villain, Angelina Pivarnick, and Bachelorette’s contestant, Justin Rego aka Rated R, have reportedly fallen madly deeply in love and are currently dating. They reality stars are getting to know each other a bit better, but their relationship isn’t exactly serious… for now!

On the pink carpet, Katy opted for a more discrete ensemble – a flower-petal strapless top, hot pink skirt and a pair of electric blue heels. HOT!

Josh and Anna Duggar, who were made famous by the Duggar family’s ever-growing family and hit TLC show, are expecting their second child.

Their daughter, Mackynzie, turned 1 on October 8th — the same day that Anna shared the news of the new baby with Josh.

About the news, Anna said:

“I showed Josh the positive pregnancy test on Mackynzie’s birthday,”

“It was fun to announce it to everyone on that already happy day.”

Josh chimed in:

“It was awesome to get the news,”

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, who have 19 children of their own (Josh included), were also excited:

“We are so excited about the new expansion to our family,”

“We can’t wait to find out more about this new baby.”
