Disney star Demi Lovato has finally decided to medical seek treatment for “emotional and physical issues” she has been dealing with for quite some time, which reportedly include eating disorders and cutting. The 18 year-old was allegedly severely affected by bullying, which might have led to excessive alcohol consumption and the use of dangerous drugs.

According to Life & Style, Demi has been doing alcohol and drugs to cope with a difficult childhood and the hurtful breakup with ex-boyfriend, Jonas Brothers’ star Joe Jonas, who has quickly moved on and started dating Twilight actress Ashley Greene.

So when she heard a backup dancer, Alex Welch, talking about her life and problems related to her wild party lifestyle, Demi allegedly lost control and punched her in the face.

Producer Terius Nash aka The Dream and his estranged wife, singer Christina Milian, have reportedly finally reached an ultra confidential divorce settlement after the couple basically did some very dirty laundry in public.

Actress Kat Dennings (born Katherine Litwack) reportedly had several compromising pictures of herself in several states of undress on her cell phone. The pictures probably meant for a very special someone have been circulating all over the internet after being leaked.

In the pictures, Kat looks like a sexy Goth, emo chick with a badass attitude as she poses topless, showing off her incredible natural boobies and sexy voluptuous curves, in what seems to be her own bedroom.

The 24 year-old, best known for her roles in “The 40 Year-Old Virgin”, “House Bunny” and “Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist”, has already admitted the photos in question do belong to her. Kat’s lawyers quickly fired firm cease and desist letters to several websites that published the illegally obtained pictures.

Former child actor Butch Patrick, best known for playing the original Eddie Munster on “The Munsters” (1964-1966), has checked himself into a rehab facility in New Jersey to seek treatment for his 40 year drug addiction, which includes cocaine, weed and alcohol.

The actor’s rep claims, “We [family and rep] have thought he could possibly be a product of the child star problem … and are thankful he will take control of his fate.”

The 57 year-old actor is looking out for a chance to “get a grip on his addiction and educate himself.” Butch’s family had been trying to convince him to go to rehab for more than 30 years and they are “very happy and supportive” of his decision.

Better late than never!

Sharon Murphy is planning to release a tell-all book as a tribute to her daughter — the late Brittany Murphy — who died from pneumonia last December at the age of 32.

Sharon unveiled her plans in a statement today, November 10, 2010, which would have been Brittany’s 33rd birthday:

“This book will be my way of celebrating and honouring her extraordinary life and career. Brittany was a kind, loving person who enjoyed each day; she was my life. I am looking forward to everyone reading the accurate account about my daughter, her life, loves and career.”

Notice that she made sure to say accurate account in order to squash disgusting rumors about a fling between her and Brittany’s husband Simon Monjack, as well as rumors about the cause of Brittany’s death being drug overdose. I think this will be a good way to honor her daughter — from someone who knew her best. And, some of the proceeds from book sales will go to charity.

Super exciting news for Pink and Carey Hart — they’re expecting their first baby, according to an insider.

The insider, who spoke to US Magazine, has early information on the couple’s pregnancy:

“She’s 12 weeks along,”

“She wanted to do it between tours, when she has some time off.”

I wonder if Pink (Alecia Moore) and Carey know about this?

The couple split in 2008, but love brought them back together — and according to the insder, things are better than ever:

“was determined to make the relationship solid. Now she’s really happy, and she’s excited she got pregnant so fast! She’ll be a brilliant mother.”

I hope it’s true, and I hope they’re on the right track with their marriage this time around. Congratulations to Pink and Carey Hart!

Brandy and Jennifer Grey are on top of the leaderboard with exactly the same points (57) after incredible performances on the dance floor. Jennifer earned the first perfect score (30 out of 30) of the season with a sexy round in the instant dance round. On the other hand, Brandy was clearly affected by a real bad choreography by her pro dance partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, in their second dance.

So who will be in the bottom two? I believe the public will be fair this week and Kurt Warner and Bristol Palin will be in danger. The teen mom seems to have a lot of fans who keep her in the competition week after week. Kurt Warner is the most likely celeb to be eliminated this week.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks has been a victim of harsh criticism for marrying an ex-convict, Apollo Nida, only six months after he was released from jail where he served almost five years for racketeering.

Apollo and Phaedra, who have known each other for more than fifteen years, tied the knot in a private ceremony last year on November 1, 2009. The couple could not be happier and Phaedra doesn’t feel the need to defend her relationship because she claims to know the man better than anyone else.

“It’s easy to criticize when you don’t know someone,” Phaedra tells Life & Style. “He’s my soul mate. I know his character. I knew he truly loved me for who I was and not for anything else. I respect him for the person I know he is — and not for who the judge thought he was.”

We do not have the right to judge someone by their mistakes, especially when they have already apparently paid their dues to society. Apollo could have changed and he certainly learned a lot after his experience in jail.

Apollo and Phaedra welcomed their first child, a baby boy over the summer. Of course, Phaedra’s delivery will be featured in a special episode of Bravo’s reality show, which will air on November 21, 2010.
