Kelly Osbourne’s brother, Jack Osbourne, proudly showed off his new girlfriend, model Sarah McNeilly, during the 5th anniversary of TAO restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday (November 6).

“Sarah was there as Jack’s date,” an insider tells Life & Style. “He took her to Vegas to celebrate his birthday with him.” Jack could not lose the opportunity to celebrate his 25th birthday with such a gorgeous girl by his side even if a couple of days earlier.

“TAO presented Jack with a birthday cake, and Sarah was by his side when he blew out the candles,” continues the insider. “They’re very much on, full speed ahead. They seem super into each other! Both seem very happy.”

Jack was previously romantically linked to another model, Kimberly Stewart. I have no clue how Jack manages to get all the hot girls, but he must have some pretty awesome tricks. Happy Belated Birthday, Jack!

“Hey guys! So I wanted to clear something up really quick! A lot of you saw on my show that I was struggling to decide whether to pose for Playboy again or not. I AM on the December cover of Playboy but it wasn’t from a recent shoot. The photos are from a shoot I did 2 years ago when I was still living in the mansion. I’m flattered to be on the cover again and as you all know Playboy has a very special place in my heart! I just wanted you guys to know I didn’t recently pose.”

It’s the end of an era — Mary Hart is saying goodbye to Entertainment Tonight after nearly 30 years.

Mary Hart is now 60 and will bid farewell to her long-lived post at ET come summer 2011. She will be replaced by Nancy O’Dell, who has co-anchored Access Hollywood for nearly 13 years.

Since Nancy is no newbie, Mary is confident of her ability to do a good job:

“Leaving this job was not an easy decision, but knowing I will pass the baton to Nancy O’Dell makes that decision much easier,”

“Nancy is a talented and respected entertainment correspondent. We have spent many years working on opposite sides of the celebrity battlefield and I know the show will flourish with Nancy as co-anchor.”

Nancy shared her excitement to take post at ET, a job she has dreamed of since she was little:

“I remember watchingEntertainment Tonight when it first premiered and dreaming about working for the show someday,”

“I am honored to be the one chosen to fill a TV legend’s seat and I hope I can do her proud!”

Nancy O’Dell will join Entertainment Tonight as a correspondent as soon as January, and will take her position as co-host alongside Mark Steines after Mary Hart finishes out her final season.

“Skating With The Stars” will pair six celebrity contestants with six professional figure skaters in the six episode season, which will debut on ABC Monday, November 22. The promising new reality show that combines ice skating, dancing and celebrities (or pseudo-celebrities) will air after the big Dancing With The Stars finale.

The six celebrities cast in the inaugural season of the show are: former Real Housewife Bethenny Frankel, Olympic gold-medal skier Jonny Moseley, “All My Children” star Rebecca Budig, Disney star Brandon Mychal Smith, movie icon Sean Young and rocker Vince Neil (watch video below).

90210 star Shannen Doherty released a sad statement noting that her father, John Thomas Doherty, has passed away at the age of 66.

Shannen’s dad suffered a stroke on Christmas last year, which is what inspired the 39-year-old to take on Dancing With the Stars last season.

John Thomas Doherty died on Friday, leaving behind his wife Rosa and kids Sean and Shannen Doherty — Shannen remembers him as the:

“greatest man in the world . . . I love him with every inch of my being and cannot imagine life without him.”

Sad news. Hang in there Shannen, we’re thinking of your family!

Actress Rachel Weisz and her longtime fiancé, director Darren Aronofsky, have decided to call it quits after more than five years of engagement and nine years together.

Reps for the former couple said in a statement, “Rachel Weisz and Darren Aronofsky have been separated for some months. They remain close friends and are committed to raising their son together in NYC.”

Darren and Rachel never married, but they have a 4 year-old son named Henry Chace together. The couple, who has been separated for months, is seeking the joint custody of the child.

NY Yankees star Alex Rodriguez and his famous girlfriend, actress Cameron Diaz, have reportedly broken up after dating for almost seven months because he will never be able to love anyone else as much as he loves his own reflection in the mirror.

“Cameron and A-Rod are no longer dating and have definitely parted ways,” a source tells Life & Style. “He just doesn’t like her anymore. That’s honestly the reason they split.”

Rapper Cameron Thomaz aka Wiz Khalifa was arrested on drug charges after authorities searched his tour bus in Greenville, North Carolina on Monday (November 8). Nine other people were also arrested.

The 22 year-old was charged with a felony count of trafficking in marijuana, a felony count of maintaining a dwelling/vehicle/place for sale or storage of marijuana and one misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wiz was booked at around 1:30 am and was released at around 8 am on $300,000 bail.

The final five celebrity dancers and their professional dance partners had to perform an instant dance – they were only told what song they would be dancing to 20 minutes before hitting the dance floor – in the second dance round of Dancing With The Stars on Monday (November 8). Brandy and Maksim Chmerkovskiy performed the Cha Cha to the sound of Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream” (watch video below).

Maksim did one lousy job with the choreography. There were a lot of non-choreographed moments in there and Carrie Ann Inaba called Maksim out on it, saying Kurt Warner danced more than him. Maksim behaved like a jerk of course, but ended up taking full responsibility for that little disaster.
