Actor Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife Brandi Glanville has been officially charged with two misdemeanors for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit (0.08%).

Brandi failed a sobriety test after she was pulled over by cops on Sunset Boulevard back in October. At the time, Eddie’s baby mama announced she would take full responsibility for her actions and apologized on Twitter. If convicted, Brandi faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
