Taylor Momsen, Gossip Girl actress and singer for the rock band Pretty Reckless, has reportedly been dropped from top modeling agency IMG.

Momsen, who has quite a way with words, was released from her previous contract with the agency, despite being named the face of Madonna‘s new clothing line, Material Girl.

An agency rep said:

“IMG and Taylor Momsen amicably parted ways over a year ago.”

“We have nothing but the highest regard for her and wish her continued success.”

Twilight star Dakota Fanning has reportedly been added to the agency’s website since Momsen was dropped.
